Terms of sale
These terms govern every order placed through this site. Please read them before ordering — placing an order means accepting them.
Last updated 3 August 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
⟨ legal name ⟩, trading as Kensjero, registered in ⟨ country of registration ⟩ under registration number ⟨ registration number ⟩, VAT ⟨ VAT number ⟩, registered office ⟨ registered address ⟩. Contact: ⟨ contact email ⟩.
2. How a contract is formed
The presentation of a piece on this site is an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract comes into existence only when we send you an order confirmation by email.
We may decline an order — for example where a piece is no longer available, where the price or description was materially wrong, or where we cannot verify the payment or delivery details. If we decline after taking payment, we refund in full without delay.
3. Pieces, numbering and natural variation
Our pieces are made in small runs from natural fibres and are finished by hand. Grain, weight, colour and the placement of hand-set hardware vary slightly between individual pieces. This is a property of the making, not a defect, and photography can only approximate it.
Where a piece is described as a numbered edition, the number is recorded against your order.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro and include VAT at the applicable rate for deliveries within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, see shipping, duties and taxes.
Payment is taken in full at checkout. Title in the goods passes to you when payment has cleared in full; risk passes on delivery.
If a price is listed incorrectly through an obvious error, we are not obliged to sell at that price. We will tell you before dispatch and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the destinations listed on the shipping page. Delivery estimates are estimates and not guaranteed dates.
Where we have not delivered within thirty days of the contract, or within any longer period we agreed with you, you may set a reasonable additional period and, if we fail to deliver within it, cancel the contract and receive a full refund.
6. Your right to withdraw
As a consumer you have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. The procedure, the model withdrawal form and the conditions are set out in full on the returns and withdrawal page, which forms part of these terms.
7. Conformity guarantee
We are liable under EU consumer law for any lack of conformity existing at delivery and becoming apparent within 2 years. If a piece is not as described, not of the quality you may reasonably expect, or not fit for its ordinary purpose, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced and, where that is impossible or disproportionate, to a price reduction or to end the contract.
This statutory right sits alongside and is not limited by anything else on this site. Fair wear from ordinary use, and damage from misuse or from care that departs from the instructions supplied, fall outside it.
8. Complaints and dispute resolution
Write to ⟨ contact email ⟩ and we will acknowledge within two working days and give a substantive answer within fourteen days.
If we cannot resolve it between us, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, our liability arising from an order is limited to the price paid for it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of ⟨ country of registration ⟩. As a consumer you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of the country in which you are habitually resident, and you may bring proceedings there.
11. Other
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continue in force.
- We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you placed your order.
- These terms are available in English only.
