Draft — not fit for publication
9 required details still missing in src/lib/legal.ts: country, legalName, registrationNumber, vatNumber, address.street, address.postalCode, address.city, address.country, email. Every legal page is set to noindex until these are filled in, and this banner disappears on its own once they are.

Returns & withdrawal
A piece bought unseen should be easy to send back. This page sets out your statutory right of withdrawal and how we handle returns in practice.
Last updated 3 August 2026
Your right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. The period runs from the day you, or a third party you nominate other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in several consignments, it runs from receipt of the last one.
To exercise it, tell us clearly before the period expires — an email to ⟨ contact email ⟩ is enough. You may use the model form below, but you are not obliged to. Sending notice before the deadline is sufficient; the goods may follow.
Sending the piece back
Return the goods without undue delay and within fourteen days of telling us you withdraw.
- Return to: ⟨ returns address ⟩.
- You bear the direct cost of return carriage. Because these are high-value pieces, use a tracked and insured service — you carry the risk until the parcel reaches us.
- Include everything supplied with the piece: the box, the numbered card, and any dust bag or hardware.
- Please do not remove attached tags until you are sure you are keeping the piece.
Condition and diminished value
You may handle a piece as you would in a shop — try it on, look at how it is made, check the fit. You are liable only for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
In practice: a piece that has been worn outdoors, altered, laundered, scented or damaged may be refunded at a reduced amount reflecting the loss in value. We will always tell you the reason and the amount before deducting anything, and you may ask us to return the piece to you instead.
Your refund
We refund everything you paid, including the standard outbound delivery cost, within 14 days. Where you chose a delivery service more expensive than our standard one, we refund the standard cost.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you supply evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used, and never carry a fee.
Exchanges
If a piece does not fit, the quickest route is to withdraw from the purchase and place a new order in the size you want, so neither is held up waiting on the other. Write to us and we will hold your size where stock allows.
Pieces that cannot be returned
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised — a piece cut to your measurements, or one engraved to your instruction. Where an order is bespoke in this sense we say so explicitly before you pay.
Everything in the standing collection can be returned under this policy.
Faults
This page concerns changing your mind. If a piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, that is a conformity matter and a separate, longer statutory right applies — see the terms of sale. Write to us with a photograph and we will arrange collection at our cost.
Model withdrawal form
You may, but need not, use this form. Complete and return it only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
